Who we welcome
We work with students ages 5 and up who are ready to begin or continue their piano studies in a thoughtful and encouraging environment. Lessons are best suited for beginner and intermediate students, as well as families seeking a calm, structured approach to music education.
Whether your child hopes to perform, compose, strengthen foundational skills, or simply play for the joy of it, lessons are designed to support meaningful and steady growth.

What to expect
Families can expect a lesson experience that is gentle, structured, and thoughtfully paced. Students receive clear weekly guidance so that practice at home feels purposeful and manageable. Over time, lessons help students build technique, music literacy, musicianship, and confidence at the piano. Instruction is tailored to the individual student while remaining rooted in strong musical foundations and a love of learning.
Before you begin
Lesson policies
To begin lessons, students should have regular access to a piano or keyboard at home for practice. Consistent weekly practice is an important part of musical growth, and families should be prepared to support a regular routine between lessons. A trial lesson is a lovely way to get to know one another and determine whether Wallflower Music Studio feels like the right fit for your family.
A full studio policy guide will be shared upon enrollment. Key policies include:
- Lessons are held weekly and billed monthly
- Tuition reserves your child’s lesson time each week
- Families are expected to maintain consistent attendance
- Students should come prepared with materials and practice completed to the best of their ability
